The Chipotle powder is made by finely grinding jalapenos peppers that were slowly smoked over a natural wood fire. The slow smoking of the jalapenos peppers creates a wonderfully smoky & spicy flavor to whatever it is added to.  Our Chipotle powder starts as smoke-dried jalapeno peppers that that have had their stems and seeds removed and are taken to the local mill in Hatch New Mexico and made into a fine powder for easy mixing and sprinkling.

Chipotle powder is a cherished spice by chile heads and BBQ enthusiasts alike. It’s smoky hot jalapeño flavor is a perfect addition to any food which is complemented by heat and smoky flavors.
